Discovery Point is an award-winning visitor attraction which tells the story of Discovery from her beginnings in Dundee, her amazing Antarctic expedition with Captain Scott and her voyages thereafter.

Booking and Costs

£4.25 per pupil
1 free adult per 10 children
Adults £7.50 each thereafter
A combined ticket to both Verdant Works and Discovery Point is also available at £7.00 per pupil / £14.00 per additional adult. Joint tickets are valid for up to a year and can be used by another class.

Xplore Dundee Class Pass

If you’re bringing a class to Discovery Point from within Dundee, why not come by public transport and take advantage of the Xplore Dundee Class Pass? This allows up to 33 pupils and 6 adults to travel on any Xplore bus service for just £50 for the whole day.
