To celebrate the 150^th anniversary of the birth of William Lashly, one of the stokers on Discovery’s original 1901-1904 expedition, Discovery Point is holding an afternoon of special events. This includes talks from Louisa Attaheri (Curator at Dundee Heritage Trust) and Valarie and George Skinner (descendants of William Lashly) as well as opportunities to have a closer look at some of the related collections.
